Unfortunately on Monday my husband, Randy Chaffin's, 2016 Honda Civic Coupe was wrecked. We would like to thank Amy who on Monday got the ball rolling on this claim. We also want to thank Angelique for her help checking with Randy to make sure that everything was being handled and if he needed any help and that she would be staying in touch until everything is finalized. I purchased a policy and paid for it, then 2 weeks into the policy i get a call saying it is going to be double the price. No one wants to help and they just give you the run around. The owner was supposed to contact me weeks ago and i hear nothing from them just empty promises. I have never experienced anything like this, when ever you get an estimate , pay it and the policy starts there usually is never a change until the policy renews. This is borderline fraud..... Do not recommend dealing with this company.
